This is where introductions are made, in person or over the phone, we get to hear all about your story and vision. We walk you through the details asking questions to ensure nothing is left out. During this time we can answer your questions and make suggestions. This is the perfect opportunity to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
After our consultation, I put together an itemized estimate with a list of products + services you require. This process usually takes 1-5 days. After receiving the estimate, we may have some discussion about budget and possibilities.
Once you know that we are the right florist for you, we make it Official! By signing our contract + submitting a 50% retainer, your date is reserved. We will then get working on a detailed design deck with beautiful visuals and all the important pieces of the puzzle. This is sometimes a work in progress, with things changing and pivoting for a few months leading up to your event.
Although we are available to you throughout the entire process, 6–8 weeks out from your event, we will reach back out to confirm all details and make any last minute changes needed then send you the final invoice.
Always on time, we will hand- deliver your gorgeous flowers (my favorite part of the day!). The floral team will get to work making all your floral dreams come true! Before we go, we always check in with your designated day-of contact to ensure every detail is just right. If you choose to take advantage of our break-down services, we will be there at the end of the night to pack and clean up all of the floral elements.
